Penn Product Group Leadership Applications
With the start of PPG this semester, we have lots of fantastic initiatives that could use amazing people like you running them. As of now the following roles are open:
Roles:
VP of Marketing
Responsibilities: Creating the newsletter, building out the design templates for future newsletters/presentations/social media posts, Managing social media accounts and marketing events
Preferred Background: Experience with Canva or Photoshop; Experience in Social Media Marketing
VP of Projects
Responsibilities: Shaping the first iteration of our Projects Committee with Frank and Jessey, managing the cohort to ensure projects are on time and completing their goals, and building out a mentorship network for the future to have alumni of the program and others with relevant experience review current members' projects and progress
Required Background: Experience as a PM at a well-known startup/large firm or experience successfully shipping a product or features
VP of Professionalism
Responsibilities: Will help develop recruitment resources and professional events; mainly focused on recruiting guides, case workshops, case partners, and resume reviews as well as job panels
VP of Events
Responsibilities: Will plan social events alongside Frank + Jessey and start planning the larger professional events for this Spring (Company Visit/Speaker Event)/Fall 23 (Career Fair/Hackathon)
2 VPs of Consulting
Responsibilities: Developing the committee and speaking with other clubs to determine the best way for us to build and run this committee. Also in charge of securing our first project for the Spring (only focused on 1 project to start)
VP of Technology
Responsibilities: You get to make the website, create our social accounts (manage users, passwords, 2fa), and manage data for club research (i.e. think interest form data analysis, etc.)
Required Background: Know how to use Excel
Although we’ll be accepting applications until Sunday the 29th at 11:59pm ET, we’ve already begun interviews and strong considerations for certain roles so apply ASAP. If you’re interested in growing the club, learning how to lead, or just honestly want to try something new, we strongly encourage you to apply no matter your experience with PM or your college year!
